Mu's got both paws in his dish. He's claiming it. It's sad to see such a reaction because you know at some point he wasn't always sure whether or not he was going to get food. Well, he doesn't have to worry about that now. Once he realizes he's getting fed on a regular basis, he should get better with the food aggression. They are just too cute. I love the way they walk.

I just love you & your cats. My supplemental medical insurance just recognized my cats as my service and emotional support animals, and will pay for their needs up to $150.00 per quarter. My cats are trained very well to also care for me as I care for them. They alert me when I get lethargic. They take turns sitting with me, and the baby (looks like your SOL) sleeps on my hand when I sleep. My Quinto Maii (22lb. black male) watches me when I nap, and is always staring at me when I awake. My older female (12lb. black female) won't eat breakfast till she knows I have adjusted to being awake and am stable. I love cats so much, I tolerate my allergy to them out of love. I live alone with them in a huge 5 bedroom home 24/7. They are free to go anywhere, but will only leave our yard with me. FYI when you feed them the recommended amount twice per day, they can go into starvation mode and eat too much, get aggressive and eat too fast & get sick. I fill 5 bowls for 4 cats, and keep them full. They eat small amounts at a time and they tend to be more loving to each other. I feed my 4 cats wet food for breakfast in a 5 compartment relish tray so they are ear to ear and are non aggressive. I also pet them while they eat, as we do everything together. I keep water on all 3 floors, and on the screen porch in summer.
