@iHasCupquake, u can move villagers out by time travelling 15 days forward, if no one after 15 days wants to move out, time travel forward another day, until u find someone who wants to move out, and in order to move a specific villager out, time travel forward another day and it should be transferred to a different villager, keep doing this until the thought bubble reaches the villagee u want to move out, I use this method everytime.

I have barely done anything to my island and already have 2 stars. I made some garden areas, a little cafe next to resident services, and a beach set up with a picnic and grill area with 2 beach chairs and surfboards next to it. I also got super lucky and was able to catch a whale shark and hammerhead shark. Plus I don't really like her that much but Judy moved onto my island at random as I was trying to Dreamie hunt. My boy Cranston moved out and I was trying to find a new villager and when I went back home I checked where his house was and it said SOLD to Judy.

I've seen that giving trash to villagers you don't like make them angry, but I don't know if it works to move them out. Best method I know is camping and then moving thought bubble. By The way, I got Zucker today (didn't have enough NMT and didn't want to bet on some random villager) but planned to give him to someone else when he'll be in boxes
