you just need too get "fake Intel" from any random orc and you just have you get their locations and then get "real Intel" from green orcs

Easiest way to get intel on the captains is if after you brand your war chief and successfully do a riot, command your chief to a riot, then use all the branded uruks to give you intel on the captains.
