His actions, character and memory of him still affect the characters to this day and this is something they have to deal with. I always had faith the spin offs with characters like these would do well and be good. Unlike the cast of Fear or the other spin offs; Jeffery, Lauren, Norman, Andrew and Danai all are executive producers so they’ll get a say And I feel they’d help keep it on track and will have provided some nice ideas on how their characters should be I was concerned about Gimple been showrunner of the Rick/Michonne show but Danai is co-writing it so I think she’ll keep it on track

No they regressed the characters the finale makes 0 sense and the show should have ended
@TheCrazyMoparDude6811 ай бұрын
The writing isn’t really that great, and Maggie is so one dimensional in it. But I always thought Maggie was a weak character that was and was put into the role of a leader because Rick was written out and Carl was killed off. I keep watching it though, just because the character of Negan is so intriguing and his story is a great one. I understand putting Maggie and Negan together, with what Negan did, is suppose to make it edgy and all but so far Maggie is just a pain in the ass.

@Rr-rb9uv9 ай бұрын
How did Walter absorb the people he killed?
@TheStraightestWhitest9 ай бұрын
@@Rr-rb9uv Look at his mannerisms and some of the traits of the people he slays. With Krazy-8, he starts cutting off the crusts from his sandwiches, something Krazy-8 did. With Mike, he literally quotes the guy to Lydia. ''Learn to take yes for an answer.'' With Gus, he starts adopting the duo persona of a legal business owner and a ruthless drug lord, both of whom have stopped caring about making money. Even the way he chats with business associates like Lydia while masquerading as a car wash owner mirrors the way Gus used to speak to him. He learned from how he was treated by men with more experience than him. It's a sign of his intellect, and also a look into his personality when it extends to insignificant things such as Krazy-8's traits. Part guilt, part ego, part intellect.
@Rr-rb9uv9 ай бұрын
@@TheStraightestWhitest it’s been a long time since I watched so I forgot, interesting. But I don’t think the point about Gus makes sense. Walter never cared about the money, he makes this apparent multiple times in the show. He was in it because of pride from the beginning, far before he even met Gus. He was also a lying manipulator before meeting him, the legal business was so that he could actually launder the extreme amount of money he was making But to add on to your point, I actually remember him shooting Jack the same way Jack shot Hank, by cutting off their words. That was pretty cool Edit: if you think about it further, I believe Gus is meant to be a mirror of Walter, not an example of absorption. Both characters are extremely similar. Both have two sides they must represent to the people around them, symbolized by the bear (which works for both Gus and Walter/Heisenberg). They are also both very prideful men. Gus conceals it through his calm and calculated nature but deep down his pride is what got him killed, he couldn’t help but exact revenge on Hector even though he was already under threat by Walter and possibly soon to be on the DEAs radar
