Twinkle - you should acknowledge their emotion and not suddenly switch to a completely different topic when they are remembering an emotional moment from their past. I have noticed this in several interviews of yours. You tend to rush from one question to another and lacking the smooth flow. You should take tips from Simi Garewal.
