parasocial relationships, there's a reason many need to be reminded to keep their heads on straight and remember you don't know these people and what they do day to day. on top of that, this happens in real life all the time. many people have been put into the situation where you think you know someone relatively well, but they're still a piece of shit abuser to their partner. you're just not the target of that behavior, so you go along none the wiser, especially people who haven't been properly educated on realistic signs of domestic abuse. it's one of the many reasons abusive people often keep their friends or ppl who support them, the friends are completely blindsided and they don't want to believe someone they know could be behaving like that behind closed doors. so they let their comfort take priority over moral integrity.

He should have been supporting her and thanking her for being honest and open with him, it was really brave of her to talk about her past experience of SA and she deserved to be treated with respect and care. Instead she was shat on, disrespected and treated like she was wrong or bad for telling him something so personal and vulnerable.

As someone who grew up in a DV household, this is extremely triggering- not just the content but the fact that people are blaming the victim for "not leaving". This behavior is disgusting, reprehensible and has nothing to do with the victims acting or not acting. As a reminder, abusers don't start out this way. They start off kind/ normal and then over time reveal their true selves. Honestly there's a special place in hell for people like that. Thank you Adam for sharing this information because as upsetting as it is to see, it's important to bring these things to light. ❤
@Koselill7 ай бұрын
Yeah I mean the insane gaslighting that happened in that relationship.. Thats what abusers do best. They treat you HORRIBLY and then make it seem like you're the problem. You're the one who MADE him do that to you because of what you did. You start to doubt reality.. Thats also why its so important to start recording when this happens :(

The assholes who says “why did she stay or why didn’t she leave” Are abusers themselves or enablers. Sadly their number is excessive higher than people who have morals. There are tons and tons of rape happening and all of it gets covered up. What come out is nothing but a nail in a pile of hay. However justice will be served to them if not in this life it will in the afterlife.

Sigh this reminds me of my ex. Their switch in behaviour from mean and abusive to ‘remorseful’ and crying hysterically to get back together is scary shit and I went to therapy for years. I’m glad Alice called him out and I hope she’s on the way to finding peace again. He’s fucked up and he deserves to be cancelled.
@mikageokumura56057 ай бұрын
I don't know if you experienced this, but my ex would go through periods where he was totally normal, which made me feel like it was okay if he went off his hinges (to put it lightly) sometimes because I knew a side of him where he was a "good guy". I remember he once yelled at me in public because he walked into the shopping cart and hurt himself. He said I stopped too quickly out of nowhere. Even if that were true (which it isn't), yelling at someone in public is crazy! Still stayed with him after that because he was normal sometimes. I'll also never understand how you can yell at someone while they're crying. Yelling is one thing, but you can hear her crying and he continues to yell at her anyway.

As someone who was in an abusive relationship for 3 years I feel that I can speak on things like this. Hearing those videos was honestly like reliving those moments. His tone, the way he words he uses, the way he words everything, it’s uncanny. truly believes that he is right, that he did no wrong,he isn’t the problem. and then once faced with consequences he apologizes for everything he did. It only goes to show they DO know what they are doing and they know how it makes others feel. Narcissists thrive off of using others until there is literally nothing more they can get, if you are lucky enough, you leave before your discarded. But that’s their whole game. They will find someone who fits their perfect mold and try to condition them to believe that the person is lucky to have them, they will tell them everything they want to hear, do everything with them, grand gestures even small ones. Before you know it all those red flags you dismissed pop up all at once, you connect all the dots and realize, the person you met was never even real. Then you leave and they apologize they beg they cry they hurt themselves they guilt trip you they will do anything in their power to get you to feel bad for them. They will act like the person you first met. And that’s how it stays until either one of three things happens: •Abusive partner discards the abused •abused partner leaves • abuser kills the abused I’m glad she left him and I’m glad she’s okay. He is a seriously disturbed person. I have no doubt in my heart that she would have been seriously injured if she had stayed with him. With that being said if you are in an abusive relationship or feel that you are, I urge you to please get help. If you know someone who is in an abusive relationship PLEASE be a helping hand. If they don’t want to leave the relationship just let it be known that you are someone they can turn to if anything ever happens. It’s disturbing that this is happening to so so so many young people.

Him jumping the gun with the Slazo allegations makes soooo much sense now. It was all projection. He reminds me of my narc ex. Who would say so many of the same things. Then acting pathetic when it all ends. "I was trying" "you didn't try hard enough" when they do shit like this. And with the messages its such a narc move to try to have the final word, with the guilt tripping. He's saying all the "right" things. "it's my fault you were right" but can't name a fucking thing they did wrong. Just UGH it's so fucking horrible and gross.

I am a domestic violence survivor and the way he talk to her is so uncanny and freaky because the abusers obviously have a similar playbook, but the words he was using and how he was using them is so reminiscence to my abuse. He was also very rapidly escalating, I’m glad she left when she did cuz if she didn’t she likely wouldn’t be here anymore.

“Internet celebrity” is crazy to hear from someone I had no idea existed before these allegations

This is honestly terrifying. I hope alice is okay. I also fear for the future - the escalation within this documentation is already immense, and I worry for anyone he meets next. He is dangerous.

Definitely disappointed. I genuinely wasn’t aware of the previous allegations and had I known, I never would’ve watched tbh. So much time wasted and so many people impacted, especially the victims. Just so disappointed

He came up on suggested videos. I watched a few but wasn't following him yet. And definitely didnt know any of his earlier stuff. This is so shocking and disturbing.

Damn I’ve been following Alex for over 5 years now and DID NOT see this coming! He sure did hide that part of himself well! What a disappointment

I need iNabber to please denounce this shit right now or I swear to God
@alexz74437 ай бұрын
@@kalloen5953 he did! on his IG stories as well as Willne & Memeulous. iNabber said he was very in the dark about this because Alex wouldn't talk to him about the relationship and Fraser ended up cutting ties with him very recently before Alice came out with her evidence. That's why he took down everything on their Scraps podcast. He had confronted him immediately when Alice shared the texts on TikTok & Alex wouldn't answer him, that's when he cut ties.

The clip of him saying how he's professional and better than everyone else gave me Shane Dawson vibes, idk why but I reminded me of when he was filmed on the chair

I used to be a relatively distant fan of his - the messages he sent and things he said and did are repulsive and things only the lowest of the low would do. Disgusting and revolting behaviour. Thanks for covering this and as usual you’re so respectful of the victims.

used to watch him, was watching jake doolittle go through the documents on live last night and immediately unsubscribed from imallexx. it’s completely messed up and gross

I can't watch Jake anymore because of that hit piece he did on Ethan discussing his health anxiety.

@@feliciascorner9795I know it's against the serious topic but then I saw OC mention Jake, immediately thought of all Zach soundbites (nO EthAn), especially since they were being used again few episodes ago and had to laugh 😂. I can't take Jake seriously anymore 😂

his text to her trying to get her to talk to him is similar to my abusive ex.. starts with pleading with a hint of ‘don’t make me do this’ blaming/ manipulative type of conversation and then goes to anger with full on guilt tripping… it’s scary how these people operate the same way
@LornaLouu7 ай бұрын
26:49 you just know that if she had returned to him after he sent this message he would’ve been nice for all of two days and then it would’ve been worse than ever… potentially even physical… that’s how these things always go. I hope she stays strong and stands her ground.
