52:43 I think that you misread the situation here. You say that as long as the unit with draw on kill applies overburn, it works even if something else applies overburn to kill. Except here, the hero applied overburn to both Ooba and the Grink, but you only drew two cards, not four. This is because the azure battle axe added the overburn to the Grink to kill it, while the overburn your hero applied to Ooba got the kill on it. I think. Or it could be a bug. Dunno.

oh what the fuck you're right, the hero gets credit for the one that dies to overburn, but the overburn explosion kills the other 2 and we don't draw for those. what if the unit that explodes counts as getting the kill in that case? has anyone seen a situation where you have one unit apply overburn with an on kill effect? do you get multi kill credit when the main overburn unit explodes?

10:40 Y'know demonheart could probably be pretty good with Berry Sis since you could basically use it to chump block another hit while pinkberrying a random ally. Not super great or anything but a potentially neat combo.

There can of course be multiple right trains of thought but I think your play is the right amount of analytical and wacky. I saw one creator have a thumbnail and title sometime like "I made the worst unit in the game BROKEN??" And it was BomBom, who they were too afraid to use because of the self-damage.

I believe there is a bell that makes bosses have one more wave but maybe I'm misremembering.

I feel like either the wording on Berry Blade/ Azul Battle Axe should be changed, or they should be changed to work more closely to what it says. When using the axe on a shielded enemy it seems odd that it applies any overburn, same for berry blading.

Fun fact, Shade Clay leads to a turn 1 kill infinite if you dupe it, crown them both, and put on one of them that charm that applies 2 soul burn to all enemies on consume. You copy the charmed one with the one without the charm, then repeatedly copy the charmed one till everything is dead. He says it at 33:00 … I should probably wait to watch the whole video before commenting lol.

Overburn is probably my favorite mechanic in this game and I have my share of losses due to being greedy and overcomplicating my turns in order to pull off some Overburn dumb explosions. Truffle is just a nice ATM, I think I pulled an 8 kill or something stupid one time with OB. Teeth is also a pretty fun mechanic, but less reliable. They're both slow. I like these more than the summons thing, but I still think Shademancers are the weakest clan in an average run.

I very much enjoy the wildfrost videos. Inkbound is not as entertaining to watch. It feels like Transistor with less precision.
