The Impact of Becky's Journey into Mediumship

A common question is:
How did you get into mediumship?
The VERY SHORT description of my story into mediumship:
I felt a sensitivity as a child and didn’t have the support that I could have used. Since I could remember I felt the presence of spirit and didn’t want to know what it was. To cope I put “blinders” on. (Fast forward) What I learned is: when we don’t understand, we color it with fear. Our mind tends to paint a fear-based picture when we don't understand. Look at the movies and shows our media displays when it comes to spirit connection (it’s easy to pull the scary things we see on to our blank canvas). I didn’t have an adult to guide me or show me a different way.
My father and I had a challenging and difficult relationship (to say the least). In my adulthood, and after my father passed in 2016, all the difficulties we had came up to the surface all at once. It was beyond overwhelming. At its peak, I had a moment (like a flash) where I realized I was not these thoughts and it pulled me out of the thoughts into a space of pure awareness for that moment. I had an instant knowing that I am not the thoughts, it pulled me out of the self destructive limiting belief thought cycle. I AM NOT MY THOUGHTS. I realized that both my mom and dad both had these same self destructive thoughts. I knew in that moment as well that the thoughts were not mine, not my Mom’s and not my Dad’s.
After that event of I noticing the thought and that I am the awareness instead of the thought, my life changed completely. I embraced my self care like never before. My life started to get rearranged and organized in the most beautiful way possible. I decided to start to see life without blinders.
I came to understand that I needed to see and understand my extra senses and lean into it with out running away from it.
I said yes to the universe and the universe was saying YES to me
What unfolded was my Psychic and mediumship gifts
I realized “WOW I am a psychic medium and this is my souls expression in this moment! I had a knowing.
A year before didn’t know what a medium was and in that moment I realized I was one!
With these realizations came new understandings. Here is what I leared:
We are a spirit person having a human experience- connecting to our own soul and intuition and departed loved ones (bonded through the power of love)
We naturally connect with everlasting love
A medium is someone who shares this everlast love and connection for others
We all have the ability to connect. With that ability we can cultivate the availability of natural connection and everlasting love
Then I started do readings for people. I learned more and leared from the best mediums and mentor. From there I discovered evidential mediumship
Evidential Mediumship: Understand specific information from the spirit person - Providing with evidence of who they are and that the soul survives physical death- Evidential mediumship gives our hearts the knowing that our loved ones are alive in spirit as they share their message to their loved ones with those in the physical
The art of mediumship is ever evolving
