Sure! Community engagement is key requirement when assisting people in crisis. however vulnerable the People are; they are not stones and trees; they have feelings, know their needs, have choice and preferences.

Need to listen as people's need differ - boys, girls, young women and men, the elderly and those with disability should be asked in order to provide appropriate and timely interventions

Exactly aid workers uses assumptions on responding to crisis and it is important to get community input in the intervention to ensure relevance of the respond. The video is has made portrays a common scenario among aid agencies in responding to emergencies. Weak coordination by agencies results in poor resource management.
