Yes. It is important to understand righteousness, specifically what is right and what is wrong. Diligent study of the Bible will help us get to this level (2 Timothy 2:15). It was Jesus Christ's understanding of the truth and of mankind (John 2:24-25), that allowed him to dissects the iniquities of certain people and point them out (John 8:44, Matthew 23:13-39, etc). Because God's ways are righteousness (Psalms 145:17), in order to understand righteousness, we should understand God and his ways, so that we can copy them, working in God's image, as we were created to do so (Genesis 1:26), so that God will bless us.

Thanks Pastor Dollar for such a long talk I appreciate your efforts and time. Please I jjust want to point out some mix up in your preaching in the area of good news. Apostle Paul made himself clear what he was doing as he writes,, in 1 Corinthians 3 that no other foundation should anyone lay except that by Jesus Christ. So Paul wasn't talking about the goodnews outside the concept of Jesus message he was describing the goodnews, which was the message Jesus preached as the gospel of Jesus,, he did not say the message about Jesus The good news is that the Kingdom of God has come, which was the message Jesus preached, Jesus went further to spea on how this Kingdom is and talked about beauty of Kingdom He introduced Himself as the way into this Kingdom Itherefore it's very obvious and clear that Jesus Christ don't preach himself as the gospel so righteousness is a lifestyle of the children of the kingdom of. God which I may call a code of conduct of being a Royal Prince therefore righteousness should not be mixed up in confusion. Bear in mind that the same Pual warned In his writing to flew from appearance of all evil to avoid having your mind corrupt through communication. He ask believers to workout their salvation with fear and tremble so Grace is not a licence to sin because someone thinks he/her is righteous The Kingdom of God requires you some rules to maintain and sustain your Royalty as it was in the example. Jesus gave in Matthew 15 about the prodigal son while this young man was away he was still the son of his father,, yes but he lost the relationship and fellowship with his family and he could only be restored when he changed his mind and returned back to his father's house So It's same with believers sin cuts you off from God and of course yes. grace is always available to restore you back if only you repent that's change your way of life and take up again the lifestyle of the. Kingdom of God Brother Paul did not preach a different message from Jesus Christ
