i recognized the melody of the song in glink's video. but the normal version of this song was also used in the jack and jill review by redlettermedia. right at the end where they make the parody movie with plinkett's sister. it's been years but i still recognize it from that.

To save the world from shitty music by collecting patches from 1959 thru 2019 and bitchin ska riffs to create the ultimate ska band- This is SKA and defeat the evil sound demon that destroys all good music. The bands super power will the the brass section. And the secret weapon... The Circle of Skank. That's when the different generations of ska dance are done by the band members circling Demon Sound and destroying him.
