I have two on the way to test and I’ll let you know if they’re better than my current setups. I custom made two of my mounts using different pieces from other mounts. As for best GoPro mount that you can put a phone adapter on, get the Panavise double knuckle mount

RedKeyInUse it does require wifi. I can’t stream over cellular with it. Gonna test it with my cars in-car wifi setup.

I use a GoPro HERO 10 Black with Media Mod and Rode Mic attached. Yes, it'll pick up the passengers and sound great
