This is the second of 3 separate releases. As not all films have been acquired, the film order will not be chronological.
Vol. 2 will consist of 10 films that have never been released on Blu-ray (BD-R disc).
Some of the films included Boxcar Blues (35mm), Bosko the Doughboy (16mm), Bosko the Lumberjack (16mm) and more!
Bonus features include a new 35mm scan of Steamboat Willie, and audio commentary from animator and historian Mark Kausler.

Is Bosko’s Parlor Pranks uncut here and does it do that weird blue thing that the online print does

Yes it's uncut. I'm not sure what blue thing you're talking about. If it's the error on the DVD print when Bosko and honey are dancing, no that's not present.
