A lot better venue after re-stocking. Used to fish there 50 years ago and could catch a net of Perch with a bare gold hook. We pinched off the barbs as they often deep hooked. I have been doing that or used barbless ever since. Methods tend to go full circle. I used a rig like that on the Severn for Dace, Bleak & the surprise 'dog' of a Chub!

Good video think i'll be getting one or two of those for fishing shallow. Bonehill Mill is one of my local fisheries which i havent even been to yet, i plan to though in a fortnight. Cheers Alan.

I use these for fishing across to islands, if it a little deeper I use crystal margin. Excellent floats
