If you look at Joaquin, he completely transforms posture, facial hair, speech, everything for a role. It's probably made more people go vegan or vegetarian than any other documentary. Cowspiracy is an awesome one as well, and not as brutal and heartbreaking to watch. If you haven't seen it, you definitely should. It goes into the problem of animal agriculture on the environment, and is extremely eye opening. It's another one that has inspired many people to go vegan or vegetarian.
