It is going to depend on a lot of things. About 15 years ago there were Iranian twins conjoined at the head. They got a lot of publicity. They were told by a German doctor there was a large vein that they shared. It was too risky to separate. They could bleed to death. They didn't listen. I believe their surgery was in the USA. The whole world was hoping and praying for them. The German doctor was right. They did not survive. Many tests will have to be done on these twins to find out if it is safe.

Let's say all the surgeons and nurses needed for this operation decide to do it for free: the real cost would be all the material needed for the surgery. Yeah, ngl, just watching the video I was like, there is no way they can separate these girls, this late in the game. Especially when they have such good neurological development now. Even without the issue about blood supply. You'd basically be choosing between a physical disability being conjoined or brain damage and neurologically disabled post surgery. There wouldn't be a guarantee that all the things they can do now, such as walk, shower, feed themselves etc, would still be possible post surgery.
