Basically, this side-by-side between the scene with Edna and Helen and Mr. Incredible is like Edna pushing Helen to commit an evil act that goes according to her plan. Out of context in this scene, Edna really looks like a villain.

For me it's the best movie ever. While I wasn't that big fan of it, when I was a kid, the more I grew the more I started to love this movie.
