I think it's funny when I hear people say the Colts are facing a team using their backup QB. We've been using ours basically all year.

Ya, and we had a legit rookie QB before that. We've also had injuries to key players on offence and defence, yet we remained competitive all year. I get that the Colts had a softer schedule than most teams, but you can only play/beat whomever you're lined up against.

@@Whitesquall123 it really goes to show how much of a difference Steichen has made, last year's team had clearly given up on Frank Reich. We don't have the same tanking mentality that the team last year, they clearly were sick of the QB carousel.

@@RenegadeGamer89 100% not only did Steichen find the best style of play for this team, he has instilled a great culture around the team. The JT situation or cutting a legendary player like Leonard would have destroyed the chemistry on most teams, but it almost seemed to make the Colts stronger through adversity. Even if the Colts don't make the playoffs this year, which would be disappointing considering how close they are, this season is still a big win for me. I already can't wait to see what next year will be like.

Completely agree. When AR went down and we lost to Jacksonville I thought this season was over but Steichen has been a great change for this group. I really enjoy his offensive creativity and I think the Colts will be fun to watch for a while. Would be incredible if they make it into the playoffs....especially when the 'experts' thought they'd win 4 games WITH everyone healthy.....

WSU fans LOVE the Jags! You embraced him fully, and made his rookie year so special for him. 🤗 And us Wazzu fans too. We adore Gardner and we thank Jacksonville for making him one of your own. Unlike the Eagles and Colts who IMO are always negative and total trash most of the time.🗑️And like the Jags, they should just enjoy the fun ride that Gardner gives every time he goes out to play. 😎

AR also seems to be made of butter because he is always injured. I think with AR this year the team would have been in a world of pain but it may have led to a better next year. If AR is the starter next year, it will be his "rookie" year.
