fields takes too long to throw and read defense, fields will not like learning from wilson like in 2020 or 2021 he was backup but didnt want to learn from starter

I hope the best for fields I personally didn’t like his style of play and didn’t feel it was a fit for the bears. He’s an extremely talented athlete.

Culture has nothing to do with the fact that Fields cant read defenses, has a slow release and doesnt anticipate or see the field well

Coming from a steelers fan I have high hopes for Russel Wilson in this new offense I believe if we can pick up Justin Simmons and another good WR we are gonna be a scary team

Russ actually dumped the Seahawks my man. They didn’t want to trade Russ. He forced his way out of Seattle. Russ had a no-trade clause, so the Seahawks couldn’t “let him go” even if they had wanted to. Russ mkt wound up going to Denver because he wanted to. Literally, the Seahawks had no authority to trade him. Secondly, he also dumped the Broncos. I’ll concede that Russ wasn’t Payton’s cup of tea as a person and wasn’t a fit for the way Payton wanted to coach, but if Russ had agreed to defer his injury guarantee for a year, the Broncos would’ve kept him. Russ refused because he knew it was his ticket out of Denver. That injury guarantee would’ve put the Broncos at risk of paying Russ $100M for the 2024 season. They didn’t want that risk, but they wanted to keep Russ for at least one more year. So Russ dumped both teams! They didn’t dump him.

That was Denver and injuries. Russ is healthy and has a better team and coaches who are qualified (unlike Hackett) and not trying to tank (unlike Payton). Russ is still that dude. Plus, look at last year.
