@@danlawnlrc As my labour law II exam is on 8th this month itself so it would help me lot in case any questions related to the standing order act 1946 is ask to write down. Now i feel ki maain acchi Tarika see lik sakegga. And sir i have one more question to you is that when any Order related to industrial dispute is passed by labour court and tribunal court then can we lie against that order to the supreme court under Article 136 of the Indian constitution 🙏?? I shall be very much greatful to you if you response me with complete answer of mine question put on you 🙏

Helpful, however, Your explanation of the defination of appropriate Government is debatable... In case one Group of companies have Five factories in different states, the appropriate govt will be the state govt of the each factory based on Their state. Ist it?
