Very informative Channel Sir👏🏼 & please continue uploading videos💫 I have a query. Sir does "listening to music" amounts to Misconduct as per model standing orders? Employer has alleged misconduct for listening to music in the termination letter. But no notice or opportunity to be heard was given before passing such termination letter.

If such activitiy is mentioned in code of misconduct.. opportunity of being heard is a legal right of person and normally cannot be denied.
