100% agree about the medical system. If your solution is classified as a medical device, especially with any non-negligible risk level, that's where things get much more difficult (you need a QMS, Validation studies etc), it's then about WAY more than just deploying code. But the good news is a high barrier to entry means less competition once you overcome these challenges!

Hi Liam. When doing a zapier automation you ask for the client passwords? for example when you are using gmail its necessary to log in on their account, you do the automation process on your account and ask for your clients accounts? Or you do the automation on their account?.

Do you worry about hallucinations? Have you had any customers report them? I've personally never seen a chatbot trained on specific knowledge bases hallucinate, but would worry about them in high stakes environments.

@liamevansyt When using chatgpt and other llms, it frequently gives incorrect information. Making up research papers, adding details to biographies, things like that. I haven't seen the problem with chatbots, but I worry that a company using it thousands of times a day would.

​@@brom4000 Yes. The chatbot that powers my AI SaaS startup often hallucinates URLs and the like. Hoping to fix that by migrating to GPT-4, but of course hallucinations will never be entirely solved. GPT-4 pricing isn't even that bad. For 5000 queries, I can expect a maximum of about $50 assuming about 300 tokens per query. My SaaS is definitely going to be profitable despite costs from AWS and OpenAI. Could also be used to power agencies in the AAA scene.

Hi Liam, I would love more content about making my knowledgebases bulletproof. What I'm experiencing with my bots is that the only two things that really matter are the structure of the knowledgebase and the prompting. I had a bot that was talking pure bullshit. I deleted the knowledgebase and structured the same data, in a different way. After that the bot worked perfectly.

Don’t you think selling chat bots for customer service for example for businesses is risky because they either have already employees that they wouldn’t fire for a chatbot even tho it can reduce their cost and if they don’t have chatbots they’re gonna go on fiver find a few?

Yes kind of you are right but they are busy to search for Upwork AAA workers + normal chatbots and ai chatbots aren't same , But U are right about firing their own employees , even tho I think that will help employees rather than firing them or try to get more ppl to hire (and employees can't always handle a 24/7 customer services so you can use it to convince them about yr offer right?

Hey there. If you’re young, have no financial backup (family or savings), and you are new to the corporate world, you don’t really get to choose who you work with. (Apart from obvious problematic clients, I should say) Focus on leveraging people you know offline (family friends, relatives, parents of people you know, local businesses and service providers you already buy from) to get your first clients. Settle the right expectations through clear deliverables and then deliver top-notch, terrific service. Just make sure you’re going after it, and now “talking about how you’re going to go after it”. This is 99% of the people I see online. Always keep learning and beware not to think the road is easier than it actually is. Good luck!

I don't really understand why clinics would need a chatbot that could potentially reduce the number of clients. After all, the more patients they have, the more revenue they generate. Similarly, when it comes to real estate, most websites already offer filters for searching, which show a variety of houses that meet your criteria. Therefore, a chatbot seems unnecessary in this context
