I can't help but imagine what would happen if the Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (150 billion light year tall mecha) was in this scenario battling Thanos. You know, with a punch that sends mass into other dimensions, combining galaxies to draw energy levels equivalent to the big bang, or crushing/destroying a galaxy just by having its toes on the center. Powered exclusively by the embodiment of evolution itself.

vnvzow Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann would dominate Thanos in the end since STGL is at Multiverse level, and beside simon actually beat Anti-Spiral, who is actually Omnipresence and Omniscient at Multiverse level. While Thanos is only at Universe level. He can't affect other Universe, so just teleport out of his Universe and he is nothing but a fly compare to STGL.Thats my take on STGL vs Thanos with Infinity Gauntlet.

StarLord7 Well a lot of it depends. Galactus was a Fantastic Four property but characters like Eternity are Doctor Strange properties. It would be curious. Honestly, I doubt they would include these because they haven't done anything to introduce them up to this point.

This is similar to FF3/FF6 where Kefka gains the powers of the 3 statues. He becomes mad with power, rearranges the Earth, and is ultimately defeated by beings weaker than him. Like Thanos, he thought himself a God, but later turned out to be just a selfish, insecure being, defeated by hubris.
