I love the aesthetic of Ink Bucket and just received my 2024 Planner. Disappointed to see the Month divider and the weekly reflection removed... I really enjoy filling up and writing on my weekly reflection. I like this year's Ink Bucket 2023 planner the most.

I went ahead and bought the Ink Bucket planner ( blue classic floral hardbound) a few days back. Reasons for buying:- 1. The blue colour floral design is very very pretty and ofcourse the magnetic box. 2. Weekly reflection pages are removed. I have struggled to use the weekly reflection pages , it didn't work for me. I was feeling guilty that I wasn't able to use the spread properly. 3. The wellness spread is simple unlike 2023 planner. I will probably customise it to use as a different spread. 4. The spreads are simple and can be customised easily. 5. I'm not sure how the planner size will work for me, so I wish to try it out. I was a bit disappointed that this time they didn't offer any freebies or good discount though. However, the planner itself is so beautiful and aesthetic that I can ignore the freebies.

I like that TIB has gone back to its simpler roots with the layouts. I used the old undated planner for 2022 and it was my favourite launch from TIB ever😅😅. Too bad they discontinued it and the new undated planners have 2023 layouts and spreads which I'm not a huge fan of. I only liked the Classic Floral and Full Bloom covers. The quality may have increased but the lack of freebies is disappointing. Also because it's pretty much the same as the one I used in 2022, I want to try more brands and see which layout works the best for me. Skipping this one! My recommendation to you would be to get the hardbound planner though. The side panelling art is stunning! Since the size is smaller than B5, I think it would still be convenient on a smaller desk.❤

Oh that old undated planner was really their best! I wonder how they make decisions to change the planner features because many people who have their old planners prefer them. If you’re skipping this, which one are you planning to buy? Thanks for the suggestion coz it’s so hard to decide between the cover and binding options :)

Planners to review and wait and watch for - Cup of Nostalgia, India 366, OdeStudio, TwilloStory, Norii Art, Tiny Change, The June Shop, Supple Room and the Messy Corner. Those which require International shipping and Customs duty is a strict No for me - but there are some international brands that I WANT so badly, but I know in my heart that it is a price too high to justify the CO2, and dollars. These are tough times where everyone can feel the pinch of inflation in just about anything you buy!

This year, the Ink Bucket planner proved to be quite ineffective for me too. I found it challenging to fully engage with its layout and structure, ultimately leading me to abandon it halfway through the year. The weekly reflections page and the monthly view felt cluttered and disorganized, making it difficult for me to use it effectively. I tried repurposing the planner and used it as a study work book sorta thing for my certificate course. However, this year, no freebies are included, and the offered discount is rather minimal-just about a 100 rupees. Considering this, I believe it might be wise to hold off on purchasing and wait for upcoming planner launches before making a decision. Recently, I got the undated planner from White Ink Papeterie for 399/- + shipping, which I found to be a satisfactory purchase. Lets see, I haven't lost hope in the Ink Bucket planner this year though. The aesthetics and magnetic closure box this year still look promising for a good and useful experience, so I'm keeping it as a possibility.

Last year, they did a 30% off for Black Friday. So you might wanna wait until then to see if they do a similar sale. Apart from the value for money, it’s good that they’ve made the planner simple.

You just need to add the 799/- planner to the cart, it automatically discounts to 399.50. 👍 and when you checkout, shipping charges cost 150/- so , you will get it for 549/-. Hope this helps😊

I agree, the weekly reflections page in the 2023 planner was too much for me, so I am glad they removed it. Also aesthetic wise the planner looks better. I found the 2023 one bulkier. They have also included a better planner box this year, which is a plus. But the lack of freebies and the price is throwing me off. I'll probably wait for a few more launches and the see if I want to get this. I have already ordered the Alicia Souza one. I was also looking at The Art Loom planner for health and wellness tracking. Let's see what other brands have to offer.

Yeah.. no freebies is a bit disappointing especially because their freebies are quite good. Side note - be careful with Art Loom planner. I have heard a from a few people that the quality & customer service isn’t that great.

I had already ordered the art loom planner for my younger sister and she just received it today. She is just starting out with planners and she loved it. I paid around 1200 for the planner and some freebies. For the price, I feel the quality is good. Ofcourse it's not like the Alicia Souza or any other planner in the 2k+ range. For someone on a budget, I think it's a good option. I won't be getting it for myself though. The size is smaller for my liking.

I know :/ they kept making it complicated year after year and then removed it fully instead of making it simple and going back to basics. Wouldn’t the top 2 sections be enough for weekly reflections?

I was waiting for the review! I personally liked the planner this year. I agree with your thoughts. Initially I liked the planner of 2023 but then I agree how the weekly reflections just had so many unnecessary trackers. I am kind of happy they removed the weekly reflections other than repeating it like you said. I am 50-50 on the weekly reflections. I sometimes feel I don't have much to write in weekly reflections but this thought could be because I started using ink bucket since last year. So I would not know how the 2020 or 2021 layout would be for me personally. But I also agree on people's thoughts that the weekly reflections is something that's unique to inkbucket. But I ordered the 2024 planner ✨ and I ordered the classic floral. I loved the floral illustration! ❤️

Their 2020 weekly reflections were just perfect! Simple enough to keep up with and deep enough to make it impactful. But the planner is better without the 2023 reflections :)

The aesthetics are beautiful as usual…however thats all is there.. there is nothing extraordinary they have done as compare to the price…i think its not worth it at all. Sanjana u should check life with aroma planner…shes also from our community and its her first launch this year and believe me her planner has more to offer than this…i was skeptical abt the price of the tall elephant… but now i guess its pretty reasonable…i also want to add that the stickers of this brand as well…are very less functional and really big in size… i have used this brands planners… thats y i can tell
