Hey buddy, great video as always 😊 what fans are you using in your tent? Also could you list me a few big Nep breeds? I live in NZ and its so damn impossible to find these beauties haha! Cheers mate

Hey!!! I’m just using basic house fans, nothing fancy. I have a box fan that sits on the end and pushes the air and one more smaller fan up top that helps just keep the air moving. If you are looking for big nepenthes, hybrids are the way to go. You can get large species like Truncata but some of the other large ones like rajah are super picky to grow and expensive. I recommend anything with Merrilliana in it. Caesar, Brutus, Merr x Sibuyanensis, lowii x Truncata, Ephippiata x Truncata

Have you ever paid attention to this "Vapor Pressure Deficit" thing (VPD)? My digital Vivosun Hygrometer/Thermometer has this value displayed on its monitor. When I try to look into this VPD thing I find basically nothing useful at all... unless I want to grow dope/pot. I now know what VPD actually means, and it does make a lot of sense, however. Does it have any real worth in growing Nepenthes pitcher plants, or is it just a tool used by those who are hard core horticultural "Cheech & Chong" followers?

Hmmm, I haven’t paid attention to that. I will have to research it and see. My first thought is that it wouldn’t impact nepenthes however it would be interesting to study and see.
