The Madagascar penguins got their own television series on Nick that basically takes place in like a parallel universe where the penguins ended up back in the zoo along with King Julien, Maurice, and Mort. And in that series, yeah Mort has a fetish for King Julien's feet. Julien's catchphrase literally becomes "Not the feet!" due to the amount of times that Mort has hugged them. There's this episode where Julien gets kidnapped by Skipper's arch nemesis Dr. Blowhole (a dolphin) and Mort pretty much has a psychotic break that causes him to embark on a solo rescue mission to "save the king's feet!" And he gets to the hideout just in time to inadvertently help save the day. It's a wild time.

Sorry Skitten, Shark Tale is mainly about a fish. Yes, there are sharks and they do play a major role in the plot. Lenny, in particular. However, the main character is Oscar and the story is about his quest for fame and how it makes him lose sight of what’s important. It’s just that he happened to get involved with the shark mafia in the process. But the main character arc doesn’t belong to the sharks at all. It belongs to the Will Smith fish.

If it was about their name being the title he wouldn't have brought up jaws because people obviously refer to the shark in jaws as jaws and so it can be seen as his name in the title, so surely it's the former, meaning he's correct, sharktales main villians are sharks are protagonist who we follow is a fish that so happens to make friends with one of the sharks, but sharks are still the villians.

Ok so headsup: 3:40 is misinformation. This entire story is actually a great understanding of how stats can be misinterpreted. Cats survival chances increased with height, because at a certain point you either get super lucky or youre just flat and dead. People dont bring dead cats to the vet. Its not that the vast majority of cats that fell from high-rises survived, its just that only the survivors were brought to the vet. We call that 'survivor bias'.

Sorry, she wins! The point of the toxoplasmosis infection is to make you indifferent, less fearful and to cater to the hosts (cats and other susceptible animals) needs. Toxoplasmosis doesn't make you love or give you the fuzzies with the animal. So by your feeding and taking care of the cat that you dislike may be because of an infection. Tho it can also just mean that you're not a heartless person and no infection was required. And just because someone loves cats it doesn't mean that they're infected. Remember somewhere around one third of people may be infected, but so many more people have or are around cats. There's too many variables for why someone has cats.😸

I believe Casual Geographic may have been the one to state this, but one thing I'll never get over is how humans are one, if not the only one, that can smell rain and *know* that it's the scent of rain. It's because of a naturally occurring organic compound called geosmin, which humans can smell up to 400 parts per trillion with how sensitive we are to it. We're not the only creatures that can smell geosmin of course (i.e. camels, fruit flies, springtails, and mosquitoes can smell it), but we can recognize the smell alone attributed to rain, whereas other animals sense rain through other means.
