Skitten! Those plane noises were engine surges, basically the engine backfiring repeatedly. It's not particularly uncommon, especially during a takeoff as the plane pitches, and it's not dangerous so long as the pilot reduces the power quickly. You can hear the surge noise cut out and the engine sounds decrease right before the video cut away so that's why it stopped after only a few surges. It's normally still safe for a two engine plane to continue flying with one engine, they just can't climb as fast or as steeply.

13:47 that sound is a compressor stall. It happens because there’s turbulence happening inside of the engine. You literally just shut the engine down and restart it and it’ll be fine. It takes like 30 seconds. And you have at least two engines.
