Probably from it not being the normal video layout and instead a machima that's higher quality than most of the big boy's. Probably would be making the money back if Bellular was known for this stuff, best we can do to help them make it worth it is share it to friends and family.

I think it's entirely possible (and maybe even likely) that the end goal of the Titans was a cosmos devoid of free will and the 'curse of flesh.' For that reason, I like to believe that Murozond is an antihero, and I would love for that story to be explored in Dragonflight and beyond.
@Crowald
@Crowald Жыл бұрын
I think the ultimate story arc for one of Warcraft's biggest plots having the underpinning idea of "free will" and freedom is just absolutely brilliant from a theming perspective. It acts an emotional throughline for the entire game's existence, especially as a concept of order that we're fighting against and don't want. Some people adventure for glory, for responsibility, for vengeance, as vanguards of a safer world, to gain power, to create a legacy. Invariably, though, the single point of causality that all adventurers have in Warcraft is their free will. The majority make a choice to venture forth from the comforts of their homeland and become the greatest legends the lands could witness. Free will is, in my opinion, the single most important idea that makes an adventurer what they are. They choose where they go, guided by whim and the next great threat. If the loss of free will ends up being the goal of the Titans, I think that would probably be one of the most effective writing choices the narrative teams have ever considered.

The flaw with the curse of flesh story is outside of humans dwarves gnomes all the other races naturally evolved from other creatures. Orcs are aliens and even tho the titans did visit draenor there was no titan soul within so they did little to protect the planet from the elements. Thinking of that, the titans left drenor to destroy itself and one way or another it did eventually become uninhabitable

I'm personally still putting bets on the big main threat Nozdormu is worried about is tied to Aman'thul himself. The Titans are heavily opposing the old gods (or void itself), and yet if you look outside of the seat of the pantheon during the Argus fight in Legion, you can see several void taken worlds. One could draw the conclusion that the Titans were busy being practically dead thanks to Sargeras, but that's _quite a number_ of just purple worlds overtaken with tentacles from a force that so far has shown us that they like to play the long game. Sargeras stabs Azeroth, leaving it much weaker and vulnerable to corruption, and the newly revived Titans just piss off wherever. I'm finding it a little weird that they either wouldn't quickly assess the damage, or at the very least check in with their favoured creations for reports of whatever they may have missed, or even giving them instructions moving forward. I mean, sure, cosmic beings that in this universe are essentially as close to Gods as can be just being big overseeing bosses wanting updates on how their business is doing might seem a little silly, but when they've literally intervened in several instances, and one of their own has just caused catastrophic damage to this planet they all seem to take a heavy interest in... That very much seems like something they should have a word with either the Keepers or the Aspects (or both!) about. Yet Aman'thul especially, the guy so worried about time flowing incorrectly, is just blissfully ignoring void struck worlds, a baby titan stabbed, and his favourite pet that he himself left in charge of keeping time safe trying desperately to call out to him, both as the guardian he left in charge, and the corrupted being that went off the rails. If Murazond can be full blown corrupted by forces of this void power that you oppose, and he is still desperately calling your name _as he dies,_ you'd kind of think one would at least take a quick look at what he wants. _Unless you already know what he wants._ Aman'thul has got the central and highest seat of the pantheon, seems like he's the one in charge... If he's a big overseer of time, maybe he can see everything happening already and everything going wrong. Not just void making a power play while his brother is actively trying to wreck their salvation, but also mortals of that world he's trying to save are meddling a little too much and making things worse. Hell, we convinced Algalon to adjust his report back to the Titans. A report that would've said the old gods corruption is spreading pretty hard, the Aspect that was left in charge of the planet itself has been corrupted to a point of trying to destroy said planet, the dream charged by another Aspect is turning into a corrupted nightmare, and dragons are getting independent enough to accidentally start _another_ Legion invasion. Not to mention the one god that's prison is still pretty secure is about to be jail-breaked by a dagger. Sure we 'clean up' the messes we're making, but at the same time, look at the lasting influence of the damage we cause with that cleanup. Events of one expansion lead into how shit goes wrong in the next. Our actions through these events have even directly taken us to the realm of death where shits going wrong _because of our dumb shit._ To me it all seems like grounds for Aman'thul to perhaps just want to hit a galactic reset button. Not in a literal sense, but this dude is actively ignoring a lot of major things, and Nozdormu sees something bad enough to try getting his attention. Either Aman'thul himself is getting corrupted to go full Sargeras on the cosmos, or he's just done with this shit and wants it out of sight.

Nozdormu thinks that the cause of him becoming Murozond is that he will be driven mad by the Old Gods, and he will try to subvert his own death. But if Murozond does not care about his death, as we saw in the End Time, then the reason for his betrayal must be something else. Maybe he isn't even mad at all.

A question we need to ask - how certain are we that the "infinite" flight are truly lead by Murazond? All the caverns instances have the ability to disguise you ad something that makes sense. What if that applies to the "enemy" What if the infinite flight is really the true bronze flight from the future and Nozdormu has been turned for some time and hiding that, having us destroy the timelines for him. We certainly did a good job since cata?
@Queldonus

I’ve said this several times, but its especially relevant here. I think the key is that the mortal races (the players) are outside of fate. Everyone that has said fate is on their side, we defeat. Everyone that causes us a chosen one, or that we are an agent of fate, either wants us on their side or is a literal cultist. If the mortal races break fate, that explains why the titans think nothing of wiping them out. It explains why Nozdormu can’t see some events. He can only see the titan approved timeline, but the mortal races can cause it to deviate from their plan. It explains why the Dracthyr were put in stasis not wiped out. Either Neltharion or Malygos knew that they would be useful because they weren’t bound to the titans plan like the dragon flights were.

I think the Old Gods just really hate lil titan infused Wrathion so much that they want a timeline where he couldn't have possibly existed. Wrathion is undoubtedly 'special' and unique to the 'one true timeline' as shown by his inability to change it - the Legion invaded not because he failed to prevent it, but because he DID try to prevent it. But if not for all of that, we wouldn't have been strong enough to defeat N'Zoth. Strings are being pulled here, and they appear to be titanic in origin, imo.

My personal out-there theory is that Nozdormu has ALWAYS been Murozond, from the moment he was given power over the time ways. He's just needs the ability to adjust the timeline in both ways to steer the timeline the way he wants to. Leading BOTH factions in the conflict gives him far greater control over the fine details, more nuanced than simply victory or defeat in any given battle.

So basically the titans (Aman'Thul) manipulated Nozdormu into making their end time a reality, which could be a total revamp of creation itself. So everything gets destroyed everyone dies, and a new creation begins. But then the void lords ''show'' Nozdormu the end goal of the titans, and he desperately tries to do everything in his power to prevent this from happening. But what if the vision the void shows Nozdormu is not the true end, so they to manipulate him into bringing THEIR true end to fruition?? Honestly I feel like the solution to all this is waking up Azeroth

The "something even worse is coming" and "X did nothing wrong" became new tropes. I don't think those tropes are bad per se, if you understand the practical meaning. The "something worse is coming" simply means that a power that competes against interest of one villain will the void in his absence, which is only natural. And "X did nothing wrong" is a bit tongue in cheek, because it just says that some villain did some questionable acts to prevent other villain from achieving his goals. In a world of villains, it's only natural that will compete. So of course this will keep happening. The thing is that it's up to us to decide who's agenda is the correct one. Or to make our own agenda. Yeah, Sargeras might have been right that the Void future is terrible, but if we say that he was "right", then we would have to accept the entire cosmos being burned to ash as well. Yeah, maybe the Void is right that there is something worse, but us agreeing with Void would mean that we want a dark mad tentacly world. It's not about that there is supposed to be a staircase of villains, one stronger and worse than the other. It's more a round table of villains who usually accurately point out flaws and negatives of the vision of the other villains, but they themselves will be a bit more shady about what they want to bring. And I think that is basically a good storytelling in principle. What Blizzard does wrong is mostly execution of the details. And sometimes pushing a "modern day" agenda. But the idea itself that there are multiple powerful villains that change when we cull some of them and something "even worse" comes basically makes sense. Because it does represent reality.

I've come to the theory that Titans = Marvels Celestials. Azeroth is an egg, nurtured by the life of the planet and when it hatches.. if we let it hatch.....we're all dead. Anyone who realizes this.. suddenly has a pretty good motivation to try and cull the world or somehow kill Azeroth itself.

Rather than the Titans being evil (in the sense of wanting an outcome which isn't good for us), I'd rather see Nozdormu attempt to cheat his death as the only way to keep the timeline as it should be. In the end, we HAVE to kill Murozond because this is what he has seen and he HAS to become Murozond in order for it to happen. Similarly to how they changed Neltharion's fall into "an act of desperation", he also would commit to this final sacrifice in order to mantain his duty.

As to the final question, it doesn't really make sense for Murozond to be an attempt to save his own life, since Nozdormu saw himself die AS Murozond. So if becoming Murozond was an attempt to save his own life, why would he become the exact version of himself that he saw die? It seems beyond arrogance and into sheer stupidity at that point to think doing so would have any chance at saving himself. As keeper of the timeways he should really know better. And I suspect he does. Edit: Also, if the one true timeline includes Murozond's existence and eventual death, what does that say about the future that Murozond saw?
