As a vanquish soul player who knows the deck has some complicated interactions, you can still swarm the board and consistently clear boards, search for pieces, bypass negates, and your extra deck aside from 3 of the link monster is all up to you, I wouldn't even call this a rogue deck as is, then there's like drytrons that, although good, can still be outed, and I outed it with said vanquish soul-Soul razen doesn't target, so all I can say is vanquish soul of all decks should not have been placed as low as it was, bottom of solid? Cmon

how the fuck is vanquish soul and generaiders in the same tier, vanquish soul aighnt even rouge, of course with how diverse the format is every deck except for rescue ace mannadium and unchained are rouge, i also think that a deck being shit on by shifter doesn't matter, tearlaments isn't in rouge and it gets absolutly demolished by shifter, your point whyy tri- variants aren't good isn't a good point, just to reiterate generaiders run 6-9 starters, make 2-3 interupt boards, and can't otk easily, what the hell,

Vanquish Soul's main engine is bad. I'm sorry but a single card/column pop is not as good as you think it is anymore. VS new support helps the deck a ton, but the deck still needs to be carried by TCBOO/Anti-Spell to keep a tolerable game for them. also doesn't VS run 12 copies of Razen just to start playing? Tear can and has played around abyss dweller and shifter. it's not a catch-all in a deck that can just pass and set up their board during another turn or the opponent's turn, Tri brigade needs Nervall/Kitt in the grave to play at all. Everything in the "Solid Options" tier I can see competent players topping events with, but also still being decks most people can play safely.

What in your opinion makes Drytron such a good rogue choice?

Drytron has every ritual option available to use, the only issue drytron has that makes it rouge and not tier 2-3 is droll like effects openly just shuts off drytron a LOT.

@@PurrlyYGO I just started playing the deck recently and I feel like if the deck goes second it has a very difficult time which is wild cause a lot of people say they play blind go second but most of my stuff just ends up getting negated by the opponents hand or endboard
