Let's not act as if Doc isn't responsible for this series too. He played an entire bench unit in a game 7 instead of rotating one of the starters with the bench. Simmons in a 2nd unit as a 4/5 with Philly playing "small ball" surrounded by Maxey, Milton, Hill might have worked. He let Huerter cook Seth Curry all night 😂😂😂

Main difference in Giannis compared to Ben to me is the difference between a lot of players most of the time. Ben was a pampered Aussie who was always better than everyone he faced because he was more physically gifted not skilled. Hence being told he was going to be in the NBA and going to be good in the NBA Giannis is from a family that emigrated to Greece and fought for everything in their life because nothing was handed to them Their draft position says a lot on why one decided to grind and keep getting better for his family & why the other just coasted to get his "spotlight of fame"

They know the Sixers just hit their ceiling, and it's way too low. But it's not just Simmons who deserves criticism-- some of this is on Doc, who could not figure out how to motivate and use him, and Embiid, who still makes a lot of questionable decisions throughout the game. Ben gets most of his points in transition and transition baskets decrease during the playoffs. Shaq needs to broaden his idea of "shooting" to "ability to put the ball in the basket". Shaq had post moves as his half court scoring package, Giannis's problem was that he had no half court moves, now he's a slightly below average spot up shooter in the half court to go along with his straight line drives to the basket. Ben has NO half court offense what so ever, he didn't at LSU, and you can't be a top player on a Championship team if you have no half court scoring package.

@@crazeegrlproductions By no means do I think Doc is a good coach, but he wasn't coaching when Markelle Fultz had his problems. I'm wondering what the constant is between Fultz and Simmons. So maybe someone in the front office is putting unnecessary pressure on them, or maybe the whole Philly sports atmosphere. It's just odd the last two players with serious mental blocks to their game happened in Philly. 100 percent he needs a sports therapist though. @SelfMade 128 Ben is afraid to shoot because he can't shoot. He can't shoot mid-range shots and if he attempts shots at the basket, he is going to get fouled and he can't make his free throws. Chuck is right this time, its been yrearssss talking about his reluctant to shoot. Its almost like a protocol/fishing, preseason, he shows some shooting fans like wow hes great, then everything disappeared when season goes i always said its too crowded for teams have two inside present, Embiid can shoot, but then this will just waste of his talent even Giannis need to show his ability to shoot outside, and lopez is spot up shooter now

Thank God "Jimmy Butler knew what was going on" He made the 76ers trade him to a better organization. Now who's laughing? The sadest thing in life is wasted talent! Once again, a couple years later and Chuck is proven right. Everyone else was giving Simmons the benefit of the doubt. Chuck was the only one speaking the truth. Also, Simmons is obviously a right-hander who shoots unnaturally left-handed for no obvious reason and that has to be a huge part of why he plays the way he does.

Ben and Giannis are two different players with different yet some similar type of games one of which not being able to shoot consistently with those midrange to long range. But the big difference between these two players is that Giannis always dont fail to try to elevate his game in both ends of the floor and no matter how many airballs he got compared to Ben which I guess you see the stats who failed to try even shooting or being aggressive. I'm not a pure Giannis fan but I can bet unto him with the game on the line than Simmons.
