Main difference in Giannis compared to Ben to me is the difference between a lot of players most of the time. Ben was a pampered Aussie who was always better than everyone he faced because he was more physically gifted not skilled. Hence being told he was going to be in the NBA and going to be good in the NBA Giannis is from a family that emigrated to Greece and fought for everything in their life because nothing was handed to them Their draft position says a lot on why one decided to grind and keep getting better for his family & why the other just coasted to get his "spotlight of fame"

It's really crazy to me how the Hawks ran into 2 teams which had some of their stars completely malfunctioning. How did nobody have concerns about Ben possibly being such a liability on offense. And how could the MIP be such a disappointment. I don't think we will see such a level of failure from the Bucks, but you know, anything is possible 😎 Go Hawks 😎

I thought about Draymond, who is point-forward and always aggressive on both hands. He can’t shoot like average NBA player, but he CAN attempt a shot if he has to. Please be able to shoot at least like Dray, PLEASE.

I kinda gotta agree with Shaq here, he’s clearly not a shooter, he’s a finisher, But Ben won’t even friggin do that, mainly because he knows they’ll probably hack-a-Ben again
@shawndavis14803 жыл бұрын
Ben gets most of his points in transition and transition baskets decrease during the playoffs. Shaq needs to broaden his idea of "shooting" to "ability to put the ball in the basket". Shaq had post moves as his half court scoring package, Giannis's problem was that he had no half court moves, now he's a slightly below average spot up shooter in the half court to go along with his straight line drives to the basket. Ben has NO half court offense what so ever, he didn't at LSU, and you can't be a top player on a Championship team if you have no half court scoring package.
@nostalgiacorner19993 жыл бұрын

Mmmm I’m not sure tho ...in today’s game we have 7 feet tall dudes shooting threes , but back then if you weren’t a shooting guard you had no business shooting that ball and the game was a lot slower...ben would’ve definitely succeeded it back then cause he’s like magic but without shooting...unfortunately he’s playing in today’s game which requires him to shoot constantly...he had plenty of time to fix that shot and the man never put in the effort to better his jumpshot soooo...yeah he should get traded
