Very nice house Marcus great job Toll Brothers as always!!!! Though I’m side eyeing those barn doors and no soft closing cabinets. Decor is done nicely and the interior decorator gets an A+ from me!!! Nice media room and upper level. In the utility room I’m disappointed that they’re not giving you the option of having a top load washer and the super folding counter above the washer and dryer is a little too high. I grade this home a 9.7/10!!! Great video Marcus!!!

I am not a fan of the current trend of placing the primary suite on the first floor, but this is a beautifully crafted home. The room sizes are great as well. Great tour as always!

Primary on the main is becoming more trendy because our population is living longer and people are aging. Having the primary on the main floor is a plus. I just moved into a home with the primary suite downstairs and I’m in my early 50’s. My knees are still good but I don’t plan on moving again, I was thinking long term.

Great job presenting the house. Not a fan of shiplap & barn doors as they are way overdone. And with the sink in the island, I prefer the high/liw countertops so as a dish drainer doesn't stick out. And, the wallpaper.....not my style. I also prefer a downstairs primary, as I am a great grandma.
