Less and less is the evolution to more. Over the years I’ve turned to Adya for a clear and compassionate articulation of the challenges of and to breaking thru conditioned ways of perceiving reality. That has been a journey of exhaustive slashing in the jungle of self identification. Thank you Adya for helping make the distinction between mind and being. Your precision with words often leads directly to insight.

Dearest Adyashanti, I understand you had to cancel your retreat which was to start yesterday due to being exhausted from your. 15 year challenge with extreme pain. I am so grateful to your great heart that all of these years you continued to teach and host retreats. What courage. I admire you and I love to listen to you. I have listened to your meditations for several hours over the years. In. my first Kundalini wave I listened to True Meditation, which is an hour long, every night before I went to bed. It was so helpful. Bless your heart Dear Soul....I would be so honored to ever meet. you in person and share heart to heart in a hug; Namaste;

How to develop and cultivate empathy for animals while exploring our minds: Imagine being born as a sentient being from a species different from human. With other abilities, with other concerns, with another identity. See yourself interacting with what surrounds you. Feel the interest in what gives you pleasure. See the fear towards what surprises you. See your innocence in front of the human presence in this world. See yourself being trapped by them. You are an enslaved animal now. What's the purpose of your enslavement? Are you in a zoo? Being used as a clown, so other animals in tuxedos can laugh at you? You don't really understand what's going on around you, but you cannot go where you want. You cannot be who you are. You are given some food whenever you make what they expect you to do. You are capable of understanding this. You have learned to respond to get the food that you want. It is said that human infants are told that you love your owner. Does your enslaver love you? Or does your enslaver love whatever s/he can take out of you? Or maybe you are in a farm. An organic, familiar farm? An industrial, unmodernized factory farm? It's the same, you are enslaved. It only changes the colour palette in front of you, and the amount of suffering you are forced to endure. You are a slave. And some people amongst those humans are claiming that you should never be enslaved. These are called ARAs, Animal Rights Advocates, and are vegan. And some other claim that the problem is not that you are a property, but the tones of red in the color palette, absolutely neglecting, disregarding and ignoring the slavery part. These are called welfarists, and are well intended, though. But you don't understand what slavery is. You only know that something is forcing or guiding you. You cannot be the one who you are. You are forced to be a something. Now see yourself from outside. The value of your experience of life, your body and your effort is decided by your owner. You can be sold, harmed, confined and terminated if that is what suits your owner. You don't understand what an owner is. They just feed you, and you are grateful when this happens. Then they trick you, and you find yourself in line, standing on a wet floor in a noisy slaughterhouse. There's demand outhere for your flesh, your secretions, your skin, your bones and your fluids: that's the something you are being forced to be. As an animal, if you could develop a religion, how would you depict humans? Time for another ego-death... ✨🙏🏻✨

Whole-being understanding is far deeper than the fickle and easily changed mind.
@NondualityChannel3 жыл бұрын
@@josephoutward There are various levels of understanding. There is mental knowing, but also knowing something in your gut. Ever hear the phrase "I knew it in my bones" or "I knew it in my gut"? Ever hear the phrase "but my heart was not in it"? You could know (i.e. mentally) that you should be doing something, but your heart was not in it so you didn't do it. Something deeper knows otherwise. There are various levels of understanding and they do not always agree. The level with the least weight or pull is the mind...it is fickle and more easily changed. Whole-being understanding is an understanding on all levels...unanimous and so no internal disagreements or doubt. I simply call it knowing in one's being (i.e. whole-being).

Not all that is has been scientifically proven to be. If your bar for accepting what is said is whether it is scientifically proven or not (note, I did not say agree with what is said), you can just give up trying to understand such things as whole-being understanding, enlightenment, or who/what you really are. Science does not yet know.

Along with my interest in the Enlightenment quest, with these modern teachings being a Lineage continuation of the ancient teachings of Zen, Taoism, and others carried out by Adyashanti, Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, etc, a second interest of mine is the Esoteric Lineage. Alchemy, Magick, and Hermeticism (and Thelema) fall into this category, and the Law of Attraction is a more modern version. Jungian Psychology and my previous delvings into Psychedelics are sort of a bridge between the two. The breakdown of the Inner vs. the Outer is the most fascinating thing ever for me, especially when you can encounter it in direct ways. Adyashanti going into this realm is a little different, and reminds me of when Eckhart Tolle occasionally goes into talks on Manifestation.

How can we take actions based on spiritualism ?
@thespiritdotteam3 жыл бұрын
Our mind is like a filter or a virtual reality head-set through which we perceive this life and "world" we live in. Our brain is a processor of information which we perceive. Also the brain probably consists the program called Life which we "live" and perceive as a life. Our attention gives as what we perceive and experience and save to our memory as memories. But you yourself is just a part(icle) of the Wholeness Who explores, experiences and saves those experiences into His Memory called Akashic or however you call it. Eventually, The Wholeness and at the same time Nothingness does All That to get to Know Who or What He/It/She Is.

You ask a question but then don’t answer. So, how is it exactly that i experience reality as a whole and complete system? My whole being altogether at once? I’ve been lost for years now. Occasional peak experiences which are nice of course only to be back at the start looking without looking at nothing and no-thing from the looking which is something but also nothing and no-thing. Sigh. At least I’m not particularly suicidal about it all anymore but looking forward to the end of it all. So tired.

I think the world we are seeing is just one perspective of absolute infinity, and the perspectives through which it can be viewed are infinite, and one of those perspectives is one that suggests that we are living in a world where we are observing things that have an independent existence of consciousness.. and those perspectives I guess interact to some degree. Anyone resonates?

Not if you understand Organic Intelligence. We are addicted to negativity bias. We must turn away, outside of ourselves, to our senses, and rest to what catches our eye. We must go outside of ourselves to build new dendrites. Trauma is biology and we can end ii by stopping therapy and going within as if it is about us, It is biology. We think we need to feel shitty in order to feel well. Common in this day and age. It's not, what if, it is about what is!
