1 - why did this take so long when he self-snitched and gave them all the info. After his honesty, they couldn't look after his mental welfare and stress and conclude this quicker? 2 - why do they think it's a suitable course of action to deal with someone voluntarily admitting they have issues by making sure they profit from his illness. 3- seems they'll only know if he relapses if he again hands them evidence of a relapse into their laps. They're like useless comedy cops in films, where they just sit on their arses eating doughnuts and a crime falls into their laps.
