My fiancé doesn’t watch F1, but she would always watch these with me after the race. And she was able to keep up pretty well with the season thanks to these. Going to miss you doing these. I’m sure this is not the end of IBR. But I will miss the “HELLO EVERYBODY AND WELCOME BACK!”

I always was annoyed as a german myself, Michael and Vettel were always praised as the best in media Germany. I am quiet happy that both Vettel and Michaels son are now no longer part of the F1. #hamiltonGOAT

I wasn't watching F1 when seb was in charge in his absolute peek, nor do I then really enjoy him as a driver when I eventually started watching however over these past couple of years, I've come to really love him both on and off the track. His personality is what really makes him and was such an iconic name for this sport, and hearing his interview with Jenson at the end bought a tear to my eye!

thought it was a very good race myself. Great battles between Sainz and the Mercs, Hamilton.& Perez, but also Vettel & Ocon. Ferrari and Leclerc were unbelievable today as well. The pace Leclerc had to close Perez in so quickly twice, force him to stop on both occasions and then pull off the one stop perfectly, incredible stuff.

I can see Seb coming back in 2026 with Audi. They are a german manufacturer and having a former WDC will be good for them during the starting years similar to Schumacher with Merc.

He will be 39 then. No way is he going to be competitive after 4 years out. Look at Michael.

@@tiadaid marketing wise it will be a good move from Audi. A former german WDC racing for german team is great for PR. Also for the initial years they will need someone with experience to develop a good car and Seb is reputed in the paddock for his detailed feedback. Merc didn’t sign Michael for wins in 2010, it was for developing the team and PR. Ultimately depends on Seb tho if he wants to comeback or not.
