Every time they said, "Maybe now it's changing, maybe now things are getting better" I was like nope, it's really not. Maybe there is some effort but largely it's the same, at least in my experience so far. Random requests at 9pm, working 11-12 hours a day, peanuts for appraisal, it's the same overworking, underpaying culture for agencies and MNCs.

So I am UX UI designer and just before the launch of a product, my team lead told me to have dogfooding sessions of the product.
