I probably would too. That was the ugliest tie I have ever seen. He came in looking like he hadn't changed clothes in a month, his resume was ridiculous (not to mention he lied in parts of it) and his attitude was completely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I wouldn't even give him a first look. When you go in for an interview, you have to be the four P's.....Professional, Punctual, Polite and Prepared. He was none of these. You can be confident in a job interview, but you also have to be humble and truthful. You have to give your prospective boss a reason to want to hire you. Honestly, I think Uncle Larry hired him because no one else would.
