YES was never erased from existence; everyone who knew of it is still alive. The issue with the dead god is that they didn’t know her name; once they found it, they could say it even though she was dead.

Also, I think it was only nonmortals that were bound from saying the names cuz of oblivati mori, once mortals showed the knew/spoke it, the nonmortals could talk to them about the dead/erased diety

Yes!/? Is dead bc no one worships then, all the mortals who know the name can say it, but since no one believes (as in religiously) it died and is dead. Oblivaty mori only applies if no mortals know the name
