At The begging of the movie, the asistant of the ceo of good guys said they got the remaining parts of Chucky cos they were planning to proove the doll was ok and it was just a joke in the recording cassette of the doll. However we all.knew that was a Bad idea lol

I like the implications of the beginning of the 3rd movie. Because they never destroyed his heart, and that's the only way to kill him (or his host body, rather), he's been sitting in the factory, headless, but probably still technically alive, for 10 years, give or take.

Immobile, but alive, because he wasn't destroyed via fatal injury to the heart. So essentially, Chucky remained in the factory, bloodthirsty and murderous, but frustrated from being unable to move.

I guess the reason Chucky screamed in the CP3 intro was because the only way he could truly die would be though his heart as mentioned in the first movie. His head was blown up and he was drowned in molten plastic, so he was unable to move or scream in the time gap in between the two films, but he was still conscious. Try and wrap your mind around that.

(MILD SPOILERS) The Child’s Play 3 intro heavily implies that in the 10 years since the events of the 2nd one, the factory had never been cleaned up. So that means that the electrician from the 2nd movie that got killed with the eyeballs on the conveyer belt in the factory was just sitting there for 10 years. The body must have been so gross

If you don't mind me giving my thoughts on the 3rd movie's intro sequence, I think the reason Chucky screams when his head is molded back is because of his death in the film prior. I'm assuming that he went to sleep the moment he died and that the screaming was just a continuation of what he remembered before death

Looking back, it made no sense to take a charred doll, clean it up and repacked it. It came from a crime scene in Andys apartment. It's evidence of a crime scene, that doll should be locked up in a chest at the FBI building somewhere.

After the events of the first movie, with the constant rumors of a good guy doll coming to life and killing people, the company's reputation wasn't looking too good. They rebuilt the doll in order to hide the evidence and to try to show the public that doll was never alive.

So the intro with CP 3 shows all the blood dripping into the mix. They should have used that aspect as a way to explian how chucky could split his soul in cult for chucky. Would have made more sense than voodoo for dummies excuse. The blood went into a mix that was used to make several dolls. He never split his soul so would make sense for one to be controlled by Chucky but they could have tied in where they needed the chucky dolls made from that batch to split the souls into since they already had chuckys blood in them.
