I think CP2 is the BEST movie in the entire franchise and Chucky's design was top-tier. However, the slow transition to making him look MORE human in CP1 was the best overall design. The scene in CP1 when he is at the window, and appears to John before stabbing his voodoo doll was terrifying when I was a kid. ALL of the movies could have benefitted by having that SAME type of aging and realistic effects.
