There have been a lot of lures that Japanese fisherman have created over the years. This may be one of the most interesting rigging techniques that we have seen for a while.
Whether you are a season vet bass fisherman or a beginner, I think you will be able to catch bass on the INURIG.
BassFishingHQ is dedicated to teaching people how to catch more and bigger bass. I will go over different bass fishing tips & techniques that will put more fish in the boat or on the shore. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned tournament angler, my goal is to help you catch more bass.

Me and one of my high-school buddies did something very similar to this using the old gas station coffee straws and three bracelet beads. We were quite successful getting strike when the bass were finicky. Anyways, we took our lure and showed it to the owner of our local bait and fishing shop. He just laughed at us. No sale was ever made from our wiggle worm idea. 27 years ago. 😆

The creme worm rig for me about 30 years ago. You could hook it so the worm was wave shaped with 2 hooks. It would make it spiral giving a sort of barber shop pole illusion to wiggling. Tied it to a swivel. Very similar concept. Did have some 20 bass days on it. Had a group of people at a heavily pressured forest preserve following me around asking what i was using 😂

@@BassFishingHQ just like anything practice makes perfect. A quick idea for on the water rigging. Have several straw sections pre cut at an angle and you can individually pierce each section. Just dab glue on when its nearly seated on the flat end. Once you do that you can push it the rest of the short distance and cut the angled end piece. Rinse repeat and then thread your line tie off on the ring and presto. (Of course have your hook already on the line or you just wasted too much time lol)

You can always prep a bunch of worms ahead. thats the time consuming part. i think rigging it with prepared worms wouldnt take much longer than anythinf else.
@danielhall3595
@danielhall3595 2 жыл бұрын
First of all you could pre-rig a bunch before you get out on the water so you’re ready to go. Second of all I saw a icast 2021 video with this rig in it. It appears you can or will soon be able to purchase this pre-rigged. However you might not be able to choose your own worm or hook. Therefore experimenting, finding what plastic and hook combo you like, and making them at home seems like a viable option to me personally. Just my two cents.

I spent time in Japan and other Asia counties and learned this some time ago there. Also have seen and noticed the other videos popping up over the last week. Then yours popped up on my feed and yes you are rigging it pretty much the way I learned. I make a lot of them at once, so you have them ready to just tie on. A variation I do to some is instead of the ring eyelet at the end I use a hook and put it in weed less at the tail end for short strikes, so what I have is a hook tied at the of the line and a sliding hook for the top. Is this the new great rig? I don't know but I do have fun playing with new ideas. Nice video and I think the stir straws are a good idea.

Yup, I'm gonna try this rig very soon. I live and work by a bass lake that is kinda small(just a little over 100 acres) and gets some heavy pressure and the bigger fish get harder to catch because they have tasted just about every lure and bait. I did get a nice 4 pound largemouth after work today, first nice fish of the season for me.

Great Video my Friend, I haven’t seen this before and I Like new and different things. I’m sure 60 years ago that nobody had ever used an artificial Frog before but now BAM it’s normal. I wonder if this would work on Crawfish.. Stay safe my Friend Semper Fidelis

This is definitely an awesome rig...crazy movement will certainly attract and catch fish....but, companies need to commercially mass manufacture this. Ain't nobody got time to be making a supply of these to last through a full fishing season!

As a side note on the rig...rather than use the split ring at the tail end of the worm, one can use a second wacky hook, to increase hook-up possibility. AND, rather than skin hook the worm, an o-ring can be utilized, to help keep that time consuming creation of a worm from being destroyed so quickly.

I saw a video the other day on this rig, but I have to admit I do not have the patience for all of the moving parts and the time that it takes to put together. I would literally have to sit down the night before and pre rig about 10 of them in case I were to either break off, flinging my bait across the lake in real in just a hook, etc etc etc and I just don't know if I have the patience for that because this bait, even though it looks really easy to try to rig, I DID RIG ONE, it's not anything you can do on the fly on the boat in the waves with the wind blowing if you don't already have some pre-rigged ready to go. But I can also see the upside an all of the cons on the bait itself because of the action it in parts and how realistic it actually looks. I promise you man these Japanese guys that come up with some of the most basic but outside the box techniques that's ever came out are so simple but ingenious!
