Any idea why 2253 Poipu Rd Koloa constantly has a ton of leasehold condos listed at any given point?

Everything there is on leasehold...there are no fee simple condos there. Everyone wants to sell before it's to late and there's not enough time left on the lease to entice someone into buying it. That said, it's a beautiful complex on a sandy beach.
