Thank you for the wonderful explanation ma’am, got much needed clarity on this. Still I’m a little confused in the sense that Investment Multiplier process works quite opposite to Capital-Output Ratio mechanism where increase in output is less than the investment made. Is this because of differences in assumptions ? Which one would be more applicable in a real world scenario? I’m not an Econ student so think I could have missed on some concepts 😅. Thanks
