I won with this hero yesterday. Only used 4 cards, reborn parrot, golden buddy with taunt, golden Kadgar and a Baron. I felt so scummy after. The last 3 rounds I didn't even get to play and the winning hand ended with 4x golden buddies. The person in first quit 3 rounds before the end as soon as he saw the crap I was doing.

But what if you had no splitting image, nor Redemption, nor Defense Matrix? Opponent attacks first and your buddy dies. Or if you have defense matrix but opponent has windfury... I mean it's not that reliable or is it?

@@RobMedellin after taunting the buddy, I had given it a few +2/+2 taunt boosts. It had about 25 health so it was fairly safe. Also I ended almost every round with 5 secrets so it was pretty safe.

Once Akazamzarak(?) loses Ice Block, his potential to be an absolute savage goes through the roof. Realistically, it is optimal to skip any Ice Blocks you see so you can abuse the secret count this way, until you are nearing death. Maximize your power early/mid game, though at the risk of not seeing an Ice Block later on.

if youre reading this, next time you see akazamzarak whilst beasts and quilboars are in, taunt up your buddy, get a brann asap and go for a tripple reborn maccaw, tripple khadgar and tripple buddy build. how it works is that you buff your buddy with taunt buffs and gems, buff khadgar outa zap reach and just watch the magic unfold. im not trolling when i say that those 3 cards are all you need to semi-infinitely summon your buddy, and if its around 40 40 in stats were talkin a divine 40 40++++ taunt that keeps reduplicating itself all fuckin day. longest combat sequence ive had with this 3 unit comp was a little bit above 4 minutes, have fun and go nuts! ; ) note: avoid snake trap!!! and if youre not offered redemption or splitting, go for auto defence, and if opponent cot cleave, just separate khadgar from the taunt(4 units), two selflesses also works fine, just be smart about it
