Excellent talk. Thank you for your story and so glad you are better. Golf is a great game for practicing mindfulness to improve focusing and relaxing to improve mental health. Just getting back to my game after 10 years and I am an "elderly" woman but have anxiety issues and know this game puts me in the present by just focusing on the hole I'm on, the club in my hand, the lie of the ball...oh gosh, want to get out on the course now. Just subscribed.

Thanks for sharing pal. Nicely presented vlog. I can relate as I had my own struggles during the year, ended it breaking down, but did realise that talking really helps. Calling Samaritans, MIND and counselling helped. It is a serious thing and glad you feel better and pouring your energy now into golf and work/projects. Btw i have a similar putting green at home. Thanks for the support mate, sorry to hear about your own struggles. Yes i found talking certainly helped, did a few things through talk works which the gp recommended which I found to be very valuable :)
