Just finished Addie and though I had been misleadead about what this books is really about and pulled I felt to Luc, I'm relieved what you said in your spoiler section described exactly my feelings towards the last sections of the book. Just finished reading this and feel ok about it. Not a favourite but it was good! To me, Henry feels comfortable and Luc feels like a challenge….. Addie would get bored with comfortable anyways. So I agree with you, definitely felt like she loved Luc. Also a bit disturbed that my sons names are Henry and Luca (Luc for short 😳) both born before this came out lol

So I was finally able to watch this video! I just finished this book and man…I feel like she was falling in love with Henry, but then found out about the deal. Not that she couldn’t love him bc of the deal, but the finite amount of time they had left. I think Luc was such a good depiction of gods and their inability to feel things the same way us mere mortals do, until he did. He’s literally her dreams made real from her own mind. I also like how is name is Luc…Lucifer?
