An insight into the life of a soldier and the training involved in being a member of the Irish Defence Forces.
McKee Barracks on the north side of Dublin city is just one of around forty barracks scattered throughout Ireland. It has been in operation since 1888.
McKee is a relic of old indecency, part of the trappings of colonialism, splendid in its day but now too big, too old and too cold.
McKee is one of the many ready made military barracks inherited by the army of the new Irish state in 1922. Originally named Marlborough Barracks it was renamed as McKee Barracks in 1926. However, almost no new buildings have been built since then meaning that soldiers continue to reside in bleak dormitories.
There have been around six hundred and fifty new recruits in the last year in response to an advertising campaign that presented the army as “a man’s life”. The army offered a steady job and a steady wage which is a big attraction to many of the new recruits. This new larger army will cost the state forty nine million pounds this year alone.
More expensive equipment, vehicles and weapons. A considerably bigger army and a new Northern dimension to its role.
After a day of training on the range, there are jobs to be done cleaning and maintaining machinery, equipment and weapons.
The Irish army is different from other armies in that it has never fought a war, it is defensive in title and it has no enemies that it admits. The perception of the army as idle has been changed by their participation in peace keeping efforts in the Congo, Cyprus and the Middle East. With this higher profile came a bigger budget and the Department of Defence was no longer considered as,
The Cinderella of government departments.
As Ireland is not a member of NATO, it has no commitments to the defence of Europe. However, Ireland benefits from the fact that if it were attacked, it would not be left to fight alone by its European neighbours.
In 1969, the army played a role in supporting those who crossed from Northern Ireland along the border when the violence erupted in Belfast and Derry.
New recruits undergo parade ground drills at the Curragh and may soon be put to service along the border.
The ratio of officers to men in the army is about 8:1. The chances of moving up the ranks are somewhat higher in the Irish Air Corps which is an integral part of the army. Along with the navy, the Air Corps was often considered the poor relation of the Irish army but recent investment in air and sea services means that the Air Corps now has eight Alouette helicopters that carry out mercy and ambulance missions as well as frequent air sea rescues. The helicopters can be used to carry small groups of men into difficult ground situations
Fishery patrols are carried out by the four ships of the naval service. Naval recruits are trained at the Haulbowline base in Cork Harbour. Some of these new recruits are happy to have a stable source of employment but are less interested in the military side of things.
The principal job of the navy is to protect Ireland’s fisheries. One of the many other functions is to carry out underwater inspections.
This episode of ‘Seven Days’ was broadcast on 6 May 1975. The reporter is Patrick Gallagher.

My father was telling when he was in the curragh in early 60s the fella with the trumpet used to call Revalee out the window of the billet and then got back into bed. Eventually found out by the Sergeant Major

The sound of those helicopters will stay with me forever, camp Muckno was just around the corner from where I grew up, beside the border, it was a busy camp , helicopters coming and going, convoys of jeeps , trucks and armoured vehicles roaring through the street, all very exciting for young lads around the town.

I joined up in '75 trained in the Curragh camp, conditions back then where much worst than was shown but over the next ten years they improved substantially, anyone that wasn;t in service in the '70's and early 80's wouldn't believe the harsh conditions and long hours of duty.

Myself I joined in 1978. When the 28th went to the Glen in '82 we were billeted in Pearse Bks in the Curragh. One of our number was Congo veteran, Eamonn Lawrence, I hope he's happy, on entering the billet, Eamonn looked around and said. 'This place hasn't changed, I wrote my name over here" and there it was,,,, E. Lawrence 196something, written in the jam of the window. Off we went to try and wash ourselves in Victorian slate troughs and showers, that backed up that much, the grey water had to be brushed down the stairs. Not a bit wonder I always used carbolic soap (which seems to be un-obtainable nowadays). I dare say, if I went into that same room today, it would be just the same. Years later, I went into a 'refurbished' one and we were told we were very lucky that we would be the first people to occupy this STATE OF THE ART accommodation. There was new rosÉ lino, but we still had to brush the grey water down the stairs.

Covid what is really going on? ======================= Covid is the SARS-CoV-2 Virus But the SARS-CoV-2 Virus has not been purified AND isolated AND genome sequenced end-to-end anywhere in the world. Pointless having a Test Swab as there is nothing to compare the test result too. PCR Test cannot identify a Virus. PCR Test is testing for nucleic acid which we all have in us. PCR Test cycled 45 times amplifies the sampe more than 1 trillion times. PCR is a process, not a test. "PCR does not verify any disease." Kary Mullis inventor of PCR. All PCR test results are invalid. Lateral Flow Antigen Test cannot identify a Virus. All Lateral Flow Antigen Test results are invalid. The only way to identify an individual Virus is a Spectroscopy Test. However as the SARS-CoV-2 Virus has not been isolated anywhere in the world there is nothing to compare the Swab Test sample too. Thus pointless having a Spectroscopy Test. Conclusion -- There is no SARS-CoV-2 airborne Virus. Face Mask Contaminated? Toxic Ethanol Hand Gel - Graphene? Test Swab Contaminated? Injection Contaminated? Plandemic -- Project Fear World Economic Forum -- Great Reset "You will own nothing and be happy" Agenda 21 -- Depopulation --- Injection has a patent on it. Injection is a Protein Bioweapon? --- Face Mask -- Side Effects Respiratory Acidosis Hypoxia Hypercapnia Blood Clots Aorta Bacterial Staph Infections Pleurisy Emphysema Bronchitis The list goes on................. Bacterial Pneumonia is the outcome of wearing a Face Mask. Patients are being admitted to hospital with Pneumonia not Covid. Face Mask Contaminated with Graphene Oxide? Hand Gel Contaminated - Graphene? --- Bio-Safety Level 4 Hazmat Suit -- Positive Pressure This will stop an Airborne Virus Face Mask will not stop an Airborne Virus -- Consult Manufacturers Instructions. ----- Injection Side Effects Pathogenic Priming Anti-Body Dependent Enhancement Paradoxical Immune Enhancement Acquired Cellular Induration Syndrome Cytokine Storm --- Google Image Cows Nasal Vaccine Vaccinate cows with a Swab and/or a Nasal Spray Test Swab is covert Nasal Vaccination? ---- Pointless having a Test Swab for the SARS-CoV-2 Virus that has not been isolated anywhere in the world. Test Swab and Injection contain the Bio-agent. Bio-agent is a protein that will change the DNA of every person Test Swabbed and/or Injected. People must wake up to what the real agenda is with the airborne Virus that has not been isolated anywhere in the world! ===== ===== Transhumanism -- Neural Lace This will be the outcome of the Plandemic. Sheeple must open their eyes. World Economic Forum -- Great Reset "You will own nothing and be happy" Agenda 21 -- Depopulation ------- Face Mask Contaminated -- Graphene Hand Gel Contaminated - Graphene 5G signal can activate the Graphene and shred your lungs from within. Face Mask is filling peoples lungs with Graphene. 5G is a Dual Communication Network and Weapon System. 5G signal can be focused on a defined area called Beam Forming for example the brain and/or the lungs where the Graphene will accumulate within the body. Thus Graphene on the Test Swab and in the Injection and the Contaminated Face Mask enters the body either the brain and/or the lungs and can be activated by the 5G signal at any time. Tragically activating the Graphene left inside the body will kill the person. Is this all part of the Depopulation plan? ------- ------- Pathogenic Protein Bioweapon. Cannot provide the exact details of what it is or my comment will be auto-deleted. Primer and Catalyst. Pathogenic Protein Bioweapon on the Test Swab and in the Injection is the Primer. Spike Protein in the Common Cold Virus is the Catalyst threat will activate the Pathogenic Protein Bioweapon. Nasal Spray Contaminated With The Common Cold? The Common Cold is one of the group of approximately 55 Coronaviruses. When people catch the Common Cold over the autumn and winter 2021-2022 Cytokine Storm death within 28 days. People must understand how the mRNA escapes the protective lipid once in the body, for the mRNA to attach itself to the ribosomes. That's a rather important part. If mRNA gets chemically damaged in any way, it can possibly tell your body to make the wrong protein. We are in the calm before the storm. Prepare for the storm. ============== ============== Covid Rules Are An Exercise In Grammar Not Law All mandates are only legal if the person or persons being mandated against agree to it if not it is completely illegal. Weird commentary that, shot through with a weary cynicism. True to the times I suppose. The Defence Forces are very pro these days, from what I've seen. The one thing that is seriously embarrassing is that we can't scrounge up a few reconditioned jet fighters to be able to patrol our own airspace, and for ceremonial occasions. No offence to the Air Corps who do a great job but Jesus Christ it's a disgrace that the Government has to ask the RAF to shoo Russian planes away from our airspace.

There needs to be a 'Right of Return' for the diaspora, sure, there's 55-70 million people born as either citizens of Ireland, or classed as foreign born, who all have grandfather rights, like meself. Me Da's a citizen though, though he was born out of Ireland, his da, me grandda, Tony, was Irish, from near Ballyglass in Co. Mayo, near to the Co. Sligo and Co. Roscommon borders. Imagine an Ireland with 70+ million real Irish inhabitants?
