It was an amazing vlog. I'm also breast cancer survivor as well. In addition, there was a tumor in appendix.. I'm now out of danger only with yoga and प्राणायाम. I'm a yoga teacher and I hv a medical background (Nurse). I know better technique as well. Kanchan beta loads of love and happiness in your life forever... Many people teach "art of living" techniques, but this is the time to learn "art of dying", i.e. peacefully, consciously, mindfully, regret less, with no complaints, contented. ..... Good enough...but being a survivor u shud be fairly open up with ur breathing techniques by giving demos in this video for the geniune sake of public welfare. When god gives u second chance then instead of money making mindset one shud be kind enough to give back to society what he or she benefitted from. Om sai ram Om hanumatey namah.
