A lot more than that with games like Joe Montana Football (which later rebranded to various different names), NFL Fever, and Quarterback Club too. We even had games like NFL Street or Backyard football to look forward to. Sports games specifically have fallen off the map.

I think the NFL should have a multi company license like Call of Duty & rotate the company who puts out a game. You still get a concentrated money stream but it creates competition.

Yeah unfortunately a lot of the guys I watch (Bengal, Sell Squad, Smoove - not as much for Madden but) are not gonna be hard on it while it still has the new game smell. Either they depend on it for their content or don’t play Madden year-to-year seriously like that to get into the weeds. However once that wears off without fear of EA still overlooking, I think Bengal will start to rip it as usual which I will be there for😂 I appreciate that he tries his best to make it alive with his series and we can laugh at it. Real ones like Ryan Moody and SOFTDRINK can try but I don’t expect it to change as long as EA safeguards it by making the “creator” space people who they know will praise the game/don’t care since they need to upload videos of it.

This bro, I was up 27 at end of the 3rd, n then somehow someway after not having any turnovers all game, I fumbled it three times n lost by 2. My running back with 97 carrying fumbled TWICE in the final quarter. Like how, literally some of the best carrying in the game and fumbles twice in what should’ve been garbage time? Blew my mind and made me so dang mad, nothing pisses me off like maddens rubberbanding the cpu back in EVERY DAMN GAME.

Nobody cares, not EA, not most of the content creators nobody. Also even the ones are somewhat critical still buy the game and EA knows that so they market the game well to make it look like they made serious strides when most of the issues are gameplay issues and broken football logic and coding like terrible pursuit angles that's been an issue for years limited animations that can't branch off to other animations etc. Honestly they need to just use another engine and start from scratch but that won't happen.

Dude you are really good at what you do. I’m stingy with my likes and subscriptions and you’ve absolutely gotten both of mine. I started playing on NCAA 2003 and haven’t stopped since. If it were possible I’d love to share my thoughts with you somehow and hit you up about the game play and all the issues. I agree with you on the consumer side and always want the game to improve. The problem with the content creators is that they rely on this game for income. Some KZbinrs literally have a decade's worth of content about these games. I like the gameplay of Madden 24 I don't like the things that are nerfed for online play. Online play with both 2k and Madden will always have things to cheese. I go all the way back to the NES Tecmo Bowl glitched-out Bo Jackson days. I used to do the Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and NBA Jams tournaments of the 90s and early 2000s and they always had glitched characters or teams. I just want normal gameplay elements and missing or broken features to be fixed. The problem is neither EA nor 2k seem to know how to fix one thing without completely breaking something else.

I mean I see what your saying cause the OP is we as a community need to stand and not buy the game and community content creators should also either refuse to make content or seriously just burn the recycled ass game down But give ol Harvey Dent a listen; watch his old videos- he reported issues and common fan complaints for years and just released a video complaining that some things aren’t right and others were actually addressed. Sadly it’s most cosmetic stuff that’s addressed while gameplay wise we have been playing the same game for nearly 10 years and he admits that’s; that’s all I need to know. It’s obvious to me EA is an old school game studio that is not ever going to transition to the new age format of seasonally released content on one consistent and future forward game engine. To credit the original video, unless we the fans boycott we could keep expecting to pay 60 dollars for a game we also bought last year.

Next year's game will be college football 25 on Madden 26.. EA has been finessing fans for years.. # No NFL license exclusive to EA.. NFL it's up to you to end the NFL gaming nightmare .And let other gaming companies be allowed to make NFL football games resembling the real NFL experience as well
