It’s missing a ton of features. Remember when you could play as the mascots from all the teams? What happened to that feature? No trophy room, can’t export draft classes to madden, can’t create a player. The daylight not changing to dark on evening games really bugged me more than I thought it would

The option pitch is hilarious broken AF. If any defender is within 3 feet of the QB, the pitch will somehow bounce off the defender. When the pitch does fire off, half the time the pitch will be behind the RB. The back does a little spinny spin move most of the time because the pitch is garbage. Let's not even get into pass blocking on screen plays. The O line literally doesn't touch the D-Line at all prior to moving to block for the screen. When trying to run the hurry up offense, there are tons of artificial delays built in. You're not allowed to instantly flip the play from the hurry up play call menu. You have to wait until your receivers and backs are perfectly still in order to flip the play. You can't snap the ball when your slot back, full backs or half backs are in motion most of the time. You can't start issuing hot routes after an audible until all your players are perfectly still. It's retarded. It's almost as if EA never made NCAA Football from 1992 to 2014. And I've been playing since EA's Bill Walsh College Football in 1992. And just FYI, he option pitch worked better in 1992 🤭😂🤡

It kills me when RB’s especially Alabama or Ohio running backs magically gain five yards just from falling or glitch up with three of my defender trying to bring them down having them gain 2 or 3 yards on a 4th&1. and the defense pursuit angles is janky asf when you gotta deal with QB’s that can scramble which is 90% of them in the game.

Dynasty is trash, recruiting is absolutely trash. After all of this time, its still this bad. Can't play with the coaches in the game, having that coaches prestige for recruiting..?? Week 6, #1, no commits, sending the house but ALL other teams are getting commits, and I'm only focused on 16 players in my pipeline, fuck this game.

I disagree, gameplay is fun and engaging, it's just not suitable for those of you who play this game competitively. It's the Back end stuff that's the issue. Restrictions on player customization, issues with Teambuilder. Poor programming in Dynasty logic etc.

I can say this is the best Ea sports football game in years, but sadly that means jack shit anymore. I enjoy recruiting, and the game feeling fast and fluid, however the rest of the gameplay perfectly displays how garbage frostbite engine is, horrible animation dependent, bullshit gameplay. You can win, but it almost never feels good. Wish they put as much effort into the gameplay as they did into each teams stadium gimmicks

The switch stick had NEVER worked on my game, never. When i use O to switch to the closest player, maybe 25% of the time it switches players. My players are always out of postion and blatantly watching the ball/ball carrier. My o line wanders around looking for players to block. Oh and the CPU ALWAYS converts on 3rd down no matter the distance. I can literally tell when the game is about to cheat me. So disappointing.

Try play now head to head with another person next to you. You can’t see the play clock after using coach cam to see the field. How can you manage the clock that way? Also in that mode the away team can’t see what package the home team is coming out in nor can you see the home teams kickoff personnel. Trash.

For me, as much as I like the game because I’m a college football fan, it just shows how the little things can add up. Another thing is like the headlines. WHY ARE ALL THE HEADLINES “X team is preparing for a top-25 matchup” or “X team wins in OT” in 14 it had more personality. For example if the game you played at the start of the video ended with that score, it would say a headline like “Colorado gave rival USC a Shelacking at home in 31-7 win”. No trophy room, there are LITERALLY SPELLING MISTAKES IN VARIOUS MENUS AND POPUPS. Crazy thing too. Sometimes, the game will just bug out at your in game score and the box score will be different. Now this has only happened with safeties to me but bruh what?

In my RTG qb, I lost to 10-0 Texas A&M 54-55 mainly bc my defensive let them score legit every single drive. But the box score at the end says I won 55-45 and then the stats are all wrong on the game

Pursuit angles were good before the patch now you get walked down by a slower player, for example i broke with one of the fastest players in college branch 97 speed from USC and get walked down but an 85 speed RB can't get chased down tho make it make sense EA

Nah man this game isn’t that bad, your acting like it’s one of the worst games you’ve ever played. The game definitely isn’t perfect but it’s not like the game is just littered with bugs. Plus the gameplay is a hundred times better than madden has been in the past 10 years. The last madden I played was 23 and coming over from that game it felt like a night and day difference. I wasn’t getting sucked into stupid animations nor was the linebackers jumping 30 feet in the air to get an interception. The only real issue with the gameplay is the blocking, other than that it was a blast. Also I do agree with you about the amount of depth this game has, it’s definitely not much. But I think the reason for that is so they can slowly add those features over time to get the new game to sell, it is ea we’re talking about after all 😂. Anyways you’re definitely over hating this game but I respect your opinion.

@@JDivine911 While yes that is true, that’s because it’s basically what college football is, an offense heavy fast paced game. And it’s not that “it’s just faster” the animations feel WAY more smooth compared to madden, I would even argue and say it’s better than ncaa 14. Also, they fixed the passing mechanics and now you can really throw the ball on a dime. It sounds like you just want a more slow paced game kind of like the nfl. But college football is FAR different from the NFL, and when the game comes to actually feeling like College football gameplay wise they did a really good job, outside of the blocking ai of course.
