This movie out of context is literally the most confusing and the funniest thing ever. Also quick story time: when I was younger, I was sick and my grandma was taking care of me. She asked me what I wanted to do and I said watch Barbie as The Island Princess and eat cheese. I ended up watching it over and over and over again and ate so much cheese I threw it back up. I still watched the movie over and over again after that, but I had a different snack this time. Which btw this is one of my favorite Barbie movies and it’s only because of the rats

@@Dorina-r2b You’re right in that they can technically fly, but fully grown peacocks tend to avoid actual flight (as in not gliding or fluttering) because they take too long to get off the ground and can’t stay airborne long enough for it to be a viable movement option. They’re better off just running away from predators than risking their life trying to get off the ground. Their large wingspan does allow them to easily flutter up trees and fences to sleep on though.
